Shipping

We utilize a flat-rate shipping method that makes it easy for you to know the cost of your shipping in advance.  Orders over a certain amount can also earn free shipping.

Free shipping is available on all orders $34.95+ to the 50 U.S. states, and on all orders $89+ internationally. In order to receive free shipping, simply add the qualifying dollar amount (after discount) of product to your cart. Free shipping is automatically made available in cart and at checkout.

You can apply free shipping to your order using one of two ways:

1). Either enter your country, city, and zip code into the ‘shipping calculator’ on the cart page (click to open in a new window) and click ‘update total’.

2). On the checkout page (click to open in a new window), enter your billing and shipping details. Available shipping options will appear at the bottom of the page.

If only one shipping option is available, it will be automatically applied so that you will not need to select it. The shipping option will be visible on both the cart and checkout pages, following your cart summary.  It is not necessary to place an order before seeing the shipping cost.

Your order will typically ship and a tracking number uploaded to your account within 24-42 hours after it is placed. For your convenience, we also send an email containing your tracking information.

Yes! You gave us your feedback, and we listened: we now offer expedited shipping options worldwide. Expedited shipping times usually take 3-5 days to receive (not including processing times) and cost an additional $9.95.

If you do not see any shipping options available for your order, please make sure to check your address for any errors. For as little as $2.95, you can have the peace of mind of receiving your order FAST. Expedited orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding Sundays), and are guaranteed to reach your doorstep within 2 to 3 days.

On orders $34.94 and under, you can expedite your order for an extra $8.95.

On orders over $34.95, expedited shipping is made available to you at the discounted rate of only $2.95!

On the cart or at checkout, expedited shipping rates will be made available to you on qualifying orders.

What do we mean by ‘qualifying’ orders? In accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), any products that fall under the ORM-D HAZMAT classification cannot be shipped using air transportation — the shipping method used for expedited orders. This means that any product (such as nail polish, aerosol containers, and some nail polish removers) containing possibly hazardous materials that have the possibility of exploding or catching fire under air pressure will automatically exclude the availability of expedited shipping.

As such, please remove all HAZMAT product (marked ‘Hazmat’ on the product page for your convenience) from your cart if you would like to expedite your order.  The option to expedite your order will not be made available if HAZMAT product are still in your cart.

*Only available to the 50 U.S. states. Territories and APO’s/FPO’s do not qualify for expedited shipping at this time.

Yes! At Hola Beauty, we ship the same shipping rates to customers in all 50 U.S. states. As such, Alaska and Hawaii both qualify for free shipping on orders $34.95+, and can receive discounted expedited shipping on orders over $34.95 as well. Please note that we do have shipping restrictions to Hawaii and Alaska on any items labeled “HAZMAT”; you can easily identify HAZMAT items by an identifying icon on any HAZMAT product’s page.

Since we offer free domestic shipping to the 50 U.S. states on orders $34.95+, we think it’s unfair to charge the same rate for express shipping when you have already earned free standard shipping!

For this reason, we offer a discounted rate on express shipping on all orders $34.95+.

Expedited shipping is now available within the 50 U.S. states and worldwide.

General

After your order has been sent out (usually this happens within 24-36 hours after placing your order), you will receive an email updating you that your order has been shipped. A tracking number is available in this email.

You can also track your order by visiting your account page (click ‘account’  to open in a separate window), and clicking “view” on your most recent order. Here, you can view your order status, including the date your order was placed and your order number. Below this is an area titled “Tracking Information”, where you can track your order by clicking the “track” button.

We ensure that completing your order is fast, easy, and secure by using PayPal’s award-winning payment processor, PayPal Advanced. You can easily and safely complete your order using your debit or credit card, or by checking out with your PayPal account.

We accept the following forms of payment: Discover, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club International, and PayPal.

If for any reason you wish to obtain a partial refund (keeping part of your order and returning the remaining portion), you may return your unused item(s) to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unopened, and unused; sent back in the same condition they were sent out, with the tags and labels still attached. We cannot accept returned item(s) that show signs of wear or usage, including damaged or opened packaging. For customer health and safety we do not accept returns on all items. Anything that is adhesive, liquid, or chemical is also ineligible for a refund. Promotional items and free gifts must be returned with the merchandise they were offered with.

Please be advised that any returns marked as having been shipped after 15 days have passed are no longer eligible for a refund. If due to extraneous circumstances, you are unable to return an item before the 28 day period, please contact us so that we can help you further through the return process. We do not charge a restocking or reprocessing fee, however, U.S. customers are asked to pay return shipping on orders where more than half of there order is returned. Once we have received your partial-return, if less than 50% of your order has been returned, we will reimburse the return shipping fee when processing a refund.

Please make sure that all returns are carefully packaged. We are not responsible for any damage caused during return shipping and handling due to poor packaging, and product damaged during return shipping may become ineligible for refunds. Like coupon discounts, automatically applied discounts will be shown on both the cart and checkout pages. Due to USPS and UPS shipment processing, location tracking for your order may take an additional two to three days to update tracking progress. Please be assured that your order is on its way.

If a few days have passed, and you have not received a tracking number (either by email, or under your account’s order page) please follow the following steps:

  1. Double check your account’s “My Orders” to ensure your order was successfully placed. Sometimes short breaks in internet connection during checkout or leaving the checkout process early can cause an order to not go through successfully.
  2.  If your order displays under your account’s “My Order” area or you have an order receipt in your inbox and your tracking information has not been updated within a few days, please contact us.

If for any reason you wish to an exchange an item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.  Exchanged items must be returned in the condition that they were received: unworn, unopened, and unused; sent back in the same condition they were sent out, with the tags and labels still attached. Damaged or faulty items that appear to have been damaged due to having been worn or used are not eligible for exchanges. Please be advised that we keep careful note of product condition before shipping them. Any returns marked as having been shipped after 15 days have passed are no longer eligible for exchange. If due to extraneous circumstances, you are unable to exchange an item before the 15 day period, please contact us so that we can help you further through the process. Exchanges shipped to and from the 50 U.S. states or Canada are eligible for free return shipping on exchanges. Free return shipping will be processed after you have shipped the item, and will be based on the shipping cost that you have paid (please note that we will not reimburse overnight or express shipping). You will need to firstly pay the return shipping. Once we have received your returned items, you will receive a refund on the cost of shipping within 14 days.

International customers are not currently eligible for free return shipping at this time, and will need to pay any charges or taxes that may be incurred during the exchange process.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, please let us know the color you would like to exchange for.  We cannot always guarantee that the color you like is still available.

When a coupon is successfully applied to your order, you will see notification in two parts of your screen.

When a coupon is applied on the cart page, the first message will appear on the top of the page, below the menu and will display a variance of the following message: “Coupon code applied successfully.”
